I always get moaned at with putting my returns label on ‘wrong’ after one member of staff told me to cover the original label and then another time I was told I shouldn’t cover the label. I mentioned this to the member of staff being rude to me at the time and his response was “you’re lying.” I will do them all a favour and will not be coming back, very inconsistent and unprofessional, they clearly don’t like running the shop with the way they serve customers, if you can even call it serve, more like forced labour because you’re causing them such an inconvenience by being there.
