Eye test was good new glasses were ok. Had problem with eye blood shots made appointment got their on time only to know the appointment was never made. They said optician might see me but the charge was £15 which was not mentioned when I contacted them. I had the impression that if you live in the same borough and the optician are in the same borough where your GP is then you don’t have to pay for minor examination. In my opinion the staff are not properly trained and it is best to find out regarding charges before booking your appointment.
