On Thursday morning, I had a lovely gentlemen called AnaKay come to measure my new flat for a carpet fitting and he was so kind to advice me to go into the store on the same day, and ask for Chelsy, because I had an emergency. I walked into the store emotional and under pressure, as I had a week to move into an empty property and I needed carpet fitted to be suited for three children. Chelsy was so kind and professional and worked quickly to check the warehouse for stock to fit my measurements. I was able to get a perfect carpet and I left the store relived and happy. As promised Chelsy called me in the afternoon and booked a Monday fitting. I cannot thank her and Anakay enough, they saved my life and are both amazing human beings. They went above and beyond to make sure that my deadline was met and I now have one less thing to worry about. My kids love the feel of the new carpet and we are looking forward to moving in this weekend! Thank you so much for a great service! God bless you x :-)
